Our testing laboratory is also NADCAP certified, primarily serving the aerospace critical rotating parts industry, with capabilities including NDT and related chemical processing. This facility features blue etch anodize processing and inspection, fluorescent penetrant inspection, ultrasonic testing and inspection and eddy current inspection.
Greenville Services
Blue Etch Anodize (BEA) Inspection
Blue Etch Anodize is a nondestructive test that can reveal minimal surface defects in titanium materials. Titanium is commonly used in critical rotating components for both aerospace and power generation industries.Â
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Element's NDT services comply with a wide variety of industry standards, government contracts, military specifications and unique customer requirements.
Immersion Ultrasonic Testing
ÌÇÐÄlogoÃ×·ÆÍÃhas developed world-leading capabilities in IUT (Immersion Ultrasonic Testing) to provide state-of-the-art testing support for the Oil and Gas industry.
Eddy Current
Eddy current inspection is an efficient and precise non destructive test method. This type of inspection is particularly helpful to evaluate heat exchangers and aircraft parts and components.
